How to send a piece back, and what happens once it arrives.

Return window
You have 15 days to return a piece.
Condition
We take a piece back in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email 3dreamsstudio.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you want to send back. We reply with where to send it.
Return shipping
You pay the return shipping.
Personalized pieces
Pieces carrying a name or custom text cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. We always confirm the text by email before printing.
If a piece arrives broken
If a piece arrives broken, we reprint it and ship it at no cost. Send us a photo by email to 3dreamsstudio.contact@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once the returned piece reaches the studio, we refund you to the payment method you used, or in another way we agree on by email.
