How buying from 3Dreams Studio works: prices, payment, orders, handmade pieces, shipping and returns.

Prices and sales tax
Prices are in US dollars. Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% is added at checkout, on the price of the pieces after any discount. Shipping is not taxed.
Payment
Depending on what the checkout offers, you can pay with Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or a card in a PayPal window, or at pickup. No card details pass through this site.
An order counts as paid once the payment is confirmed: by PayPal itself for a payment made in its window, and by the studio for the other methods.
Your order
When you place an order you get an order number that starts with 3DS. The order is registered with the payment pending, and you can track it on the order tracking page.
How pieces are made
Pieces are printed in our studio and finished by hand. Colors are close to the photos, but filament varies slightly between batches, and every screen shows color its own way.
When a piece carries a name or custom text, we confirm the text by email before printing.
Custom work
Custom pieces start with a quote request. We answer with a price and a date, and we only print after your yes. You pay at the end, once you approve.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States only, and pickup in Fall River is free. Costs and turnaround are on the shipping and pickup page, and returns and refunds on the returns page.
